Shipping Time
The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time. We do not ship outside the United States.

Damaged Shipments
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Canceling an Order
If you've accidentally ordered the wrong product or quantity, we have no problem with canceling your order and refunding your money. Contact us as quickly as possible at support@watchesforsale.ws. However, if the product has already shipped you will have to follow the return policy procedure.
Return Merchandise Policy
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to support@watchesforsale.ws (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RMA# issued before returned.
If you think you may want to return your watch, do not wear it. Do not have any of the bracelet links removed for sizing. Sized bracelets are not accepted for return. If your returned watch shows signs of being worn, we will be unable to refund your money, as we do not sell used watches.
Manufacturers Defects
We stand behind all our products. Should a product arrive damaged, we will replace it. All you need to do is email our Customer Service department (support@watchesforsale.ws) for instructions. Do not return products without first contacting us to receive instructions. If a damaged item is to be returned to us, you must first receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Further instructions will be provided from

Please consult the paperwork that came with your order as to the steps you need to take to make contact with the manufacturer of the watch for further information after 30 days from receipt of watch.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error
You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
